Real Salt Lake Game

Hi Everyone -- so we have had some way fun things happen in our lives lately that deserve a whole post all to themselves (primarily the urban iditarod). However, we are having some trouble with our camera, so those will have to wait until I can get the proper hook-ups to our computer.

Instead I am going to talk about the amazing soccer game that we attended for the Real Salt Lake. We started the night in some fantastic seats that Jameson's boss Eric gave us. Here is a picture of us there. This is the only good picture of me from here on out. Be prepared.

It was really cold, but such a good game. We were right behind the New York Red Bulls goal, so we got to see the two goals that Salt Lake made, and the pretty wicked bicycle kick from the New York Red Bulls. But wait, it gets better. Then about half way through the second half, we got a text from Eric saying that he and his son needed to go home (it was past bedtime) and we could take their box seats for the remainder of the game. So Much Fun. Here are some pictures of that.
This is the view from the box seats.
This is me rubbing my tummy/baby when I got a free hotdog in the dining area of the box seats. Thank you Eric/Zions Bank!

But wait, it gets better. Then we found out that some of the players were signing autographs in the Budweiser Club on the second floor of the stadium. You needed the box seat tickets to get in, but they just told us to drop a few names and we could get in. We totally got in. Here are some pictures of that.
This is the view from the Budweiser club. I know, this is a pretty sweet shot.
This is a picture of us inside the Budweiser Club. We felt pretty fancy and privileged.

But wait, it gets better. Alvarez was signing jerseys and pictures and guess what?
He signed my belly!

Our baby is now 24 weeks in my belly! Lots of exciting changes!

Good Book to Read: Crossed by Ally Condie -- this the second in a series that starts with 'Matched'.

Good Song: Somebody that I used to know by Gotye featuring Kimbra. It should be noted that this is a remake of a song by the same name by Elliot Smith.
