Illness . . . among other things

So I know that I consistently seem to complain about being ill. This might lead any rational person to one of two conclusions:

1. I am an incessant hypochondriac.
2. I am genuinely a fairly sickly individual.

Well -- I'm pretty sure that one or both of those thing is probably true. However, I am 98% sure that I can not adequately or accurately say which one. Also, I think that both would be made worse by a pregnancy.

For those of you who may still by some miracle still be reading this blog: I am having a little boy. And I like it. Other than that, this winter has kind of been a never ending list of maladies that have plagued me and Jameson. I have a theory that the viruses and bacteria surrounding us have someone sensed that I am pregnant and won't take any medication for fear of having a child with a third arm. Seriously, every medication says something like you can probably take this, but there is always the chance that it could cause birth defects.

Regardless, the ailment of the week is a cold. This cold COULD have come from any number of places. For me, this is the final straw in cess pool of infection. I am have gone passed the bend. I will be a crazy woman with hand sanitizer on at every turn in addition to clorox wipes AND lysol disinfecting spray. At least until I have been healthy for a week or longer.

Great Song: Watchin' You by Rodney Atkins -- I can't help but hope this is the kind of example that Jameson will paint for our little boy.

Great Book: The Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy by Vicki Iovine

That's about what I have for right now. I promise to try to be better about posting.
